Although every effort is made to ensure that prices and information in this website are correct, we reserve the right to change prices, product specifications or withdraw products at any time without notice.

All prices shown include IVA where applicable.

Title of Goods  :  The property in the goods supplied shall remain with Equestrian Direct ES   (C.E Jones) until such time as the invoice is paid in full, but the risk in the goods passes to the buyer/customer on delivery.

If payment of the total price or other sums is not paid in full, for whatsoever reason, Equestrian Direct ES (C.E Jones) will have the right, with or without prior notice at any time, to retake possession of the whole or any part of the products and for that purpose to go upon any premises occupied by the buyer thereof without prejudice to any other remedy of Equestrian Direct ES (C.E.Jones) and charge for any other associated costs.

Equestrian Direct ES accepts, Visa, MasterCard, and major Debit Cards (excluding Visa Electron)

As soon as authorisation has been obtained and the monies have passed to Equestrian Direct ES, (typically 2 working days) the goods in stock will then be despatched, therefore please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of the unavailability as soon as possible and no charge will be made against your credit/debit card.

We will arrange for delivery to the address which you specify when ordering.

We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or (if none) 30 days of the date of your order but we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Our liability of any kind for late delivery or failure to deliver is limited to the price payable for the goods.

An extra delivery charge may become payable if you are not present to accept delivery.

Equestrian Direct ES (C.E Jones) will not be liable for non delivery where incorrect details for delivery have been supplied by the buyer /customer, or for any other reason beyond our control.

In respect of a claim for non delivery, the purchaser must advise in writing (letter or e-mail) within 8 days of the date of the invoice for mainland Spain and 28 days for all other countries.

We will not accept any returns, unless by prior arrangement. Any goods returned must be posted using a registered or traceable method and are the customers responsibility until they are received

If customers wish to return goods after having held them for over one calendar month, they will only be accepted if the product is deemed faulty or defective.

Should you need to return any items, they should be returned to: Equestrian Direct, Ctra de Cártama 109, Alhaurín el Grande, 29120 Málaga, Spain, at your own expense, together with a receipt or valid proof of purchase.  No returns will be accepted without a receipt.

Faulty or defective goods should be returned in a clean and dry state otherwise they will be refused.

Please note that riding hats are non returnable.
